In general, replication is what you'd use to propagate data from one replica to another. From your comments, it seems that you are looking for some alternate way to do this to work around an issue with rep/save conflicts. I recommend troubleshooting that issue (have you considered document locking, for example?) instead of trying to find a way to propagate data outside of replication.
If this is instead a one-time move of data between two environments and you want to prevent replication between those environment, make a new copy of the database from the source to target environments. This will change the replica ID of the new databases and prevent replication from matching the two.
